Trying to Get Pregnant Tips

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since Dec 98, we succeeded once in May of 2003 but lost it to miscarriage (very devastating). We both have children from previous relationships so we know we don’t have individual fertility issues. Our youngest is 11. I’m 33 and he’s 39. How much longer do we go on trying? We cant afford any medical fertility procedures. Help????

I have read over and over again that it’s best for the man to be on top or doggy style when trying to conceive. Problem is my husband keeps pulling me on top before he ejaculates. What are my chances of conceiving?
